What is the best way to contact Divine Shine Power Washing?

How far in advance should I schedule my service?
We recommend scheduling at least one to two weeks in advance, especially during our busy season from spring through fall. However, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests and can sometimes fit in same-week appointments depending on availability.
What information do you need for an estimate?
For a quick phone estimate, it helps to know the approximate square footage of the area to be cleaned, the type of surface, and any specific concerns like heavy staining or algae growth. For the most accurate quote, we prefer to do a brief on-site evaluation at no cost.
Do you require a deposit or payment up front?
We do not require a deposit for most residential jobs. Payment is due upon completion of the work once you are satisfied with the results. For larger commercial projects, we may discuss payment terms during the quoting process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected on-site after the work is completed and you have had a chance to review the results.
